Milk Tea Lab Adventure Rules

You have to agree to all of our rules and service terms in order to participate in our Milk Tea Lab Adventure Event and Free Boba Drink For Life event.

Milk Tea Lab reserve our rights to refuse services or forbid anyone to enter the Milk Tea Lab Adventure event and Free Boba Drink For Life event.

Please do not share your sticker code with anyone, and you must keep your sticker in good condition with no damage in order to claim our prizes or free items.

 

All Milk Tea Lab employees and families will not be allowed to participate in both events due to conflicts of interest in the purpose of maintaining game fairness.

All free items sticker can be claimed once only and will need to be collected by Milk Tea Lab once it is claimed.

All free drinks will not come with a sticker on the drink.

All free items prizes will not be able to claim after 12/31/2022.

All free food items will come with a small-size food box.

 

 

 

For Free Boba Drink For Life event, one winner will receive a Milk Tea Lab VIP Card to claim one free boba drink per day at any Milk Tea Lab for a lifetime or until all Milk Tea Labs are shut down. The draw will be live at @MilkTeaLab via Instagram on 01/01/2023.

For Free Boba Drink For Life event, the winner must respond to us within 3 business days after we have contacted you via phone or email, or you will forfeit your winning prize.

For Free Boba Drink For Life event, you must enter your correct information on our forms or you will forfeit your winning prize.

How to claim Prizes

If you have collected a full set of location stickers in order to claim a prize, please submit your claim by emailing us your contact information at info@milktealabs.com

Contact information should include:

Your full legal name, phone number, and email address

We will contact you within 3 business days via your contact information with instructions on how to claim the prizes.

Please note: All prizes must be claimed before 12/31/2022 at 11:59:59 pm., and the winner must respond to us within 3 business days after we have contacted you via phone or email, or you will forfeit your winning prize.
